I’m nearly finished with Chainfire by Terry Goodkind. I have been a fan of his
for years and was sorely disappointed about the TV show based on his Sword or
Truth series. It wasn’t the fact that the show wasn’t warmly received, or was publicized
adequately, but it was cancelled for three reasons. One it barely gave the same
ominous feel as did the books, it presented before the time was right for such
a show, and due to the channel it was being shown on, the censors had a field
day butchering a story of this kind. Anyone who had read Temple of the Winds or
Blood of the Fold know what I’m talking about. Although the book started out
slow, I’m enjoying the ride. Stop by my Pintrest spot and enjoy my Legend of
